Hey, how's it going, honestly not much happened this week, but my mom says I haven't written an email in a while, so I thought I'd update and say I'm still alive, which is always a plus.      Yeah, so I moved apartments though, and we switched the sisters, it's WILD how clean it is, well... was. Also I gotta say, miracles happen every day, the big man really does have my back, and he's got yours too. Here's some pictures.     1. How missionaries are sometimes 2. Zone 3. Yep, that's my whole email, nothing really happened this week, but hey I'm alive, so that's awesome, hope everyone's doing well, OK bye! 

Sorry I don't write much, I have a hard time sitting still and writing, anyway, the last little bit has been absolutely well, changing to say the least.     I'm still in the same area, and a lot has changed. I had a pretty life changing experience a couple weeks back, I won't get into details in a whole big group email, but if you want to know more reach out and I'd be happy to tell you. I will tell you the lesson I learned though. My companion and I were talking and one day he was really discouraged, he felt like nothing had been happening and that he was trying hard, but lessons kept falling through and we couldn't get anything done. It's true that's how it was for a long time, I had honestly gotten discouraged. He told me "I know if I have the faith I can move mountains" and that's when I realized he was wrong. I remember telling him, that's not how it works, mountains only move when we put our shoulder to them and push as hard as we can...

Well, My son has the Rona. Yeah,. Honestly it's pretty depressing. We will be stuck inside for a good little while, so that's neat. I decided to buy a harmonica so I can "blow the pain away" or whatever that means. Other than that though this week has been super good. I went knocking with my trainer Elder Ling and he showed me the true way to knock, and I can confidently say that I wasn't doing the right way for 6 months.      Elder Ling for those who don't know was my trainer, he is now our zone leader and we went knocking together for the first time on Wednesday. (We weren't able to knock when we were together) The man is a Legend. He just messes with people on the doorstep and they actually enjoy it. For instance this is a real conversation that was had "How are you doing"  "Good"  "Well how was your day"  "Good"  "Really? What made it so good"  "I went to the store to get stuff for dinner"  ...

Aye Yo! It's ya boy! I hope everyone gets this email, apparently not everyone is. Anyway, here's how life is for Elder Welder lately.     Starting off, we put Dianna on date on Friday, but turns out she has dementia so we really don't know what to do. Honestly it explains why she agreed with literally everything we said but hey, minor problem.     I have a son now, he's awesome, we have the same crocs. we are literally 2 peas in a pod.     I'm still alive if you were wondering, email me please, I love reading them, ok see ya later!

Well This week was certainly interesting, as you can probably tell from the title of the email. My companion Elder South got Emergency Transferred up to Bremerton, because someone left for their original mission, so I'm in a trio until transfers (about a week and half). Honestly it was crazy finding out he had to leave, he's a really good guy, and I should have shown him more love before he left, but I guess that's a lesson learned, you don't know how much time you have to spend with people, make the best of it.     We haven't taught much this week, with Elder Mask recovering from surgery getting his appendix out and Elder South getting ET'd, but here's an interesting thing, we knocked on some guys door and he was in his underwear and looked really old and said "you guys got the pot already? oh, you're not the right guy's". He then shut the door on us. Honestly probably one of the funnier things to happen this week.     Well, I'm approa...

Hey everyone, I hope everyone's week went well. I'm sorry I didn't write an email last week, but I'm writing one now.     To start off, we baptized Gracie last Sunday and it was such a wonderful experience, you can tell she truly wanted it. The spirit in the room was unmatched even if it was a little cold.     Honestly other than that it wasn't a very eventful 2 weeks, but I want to share one more thing. I'm not sure who needs to hear this but I feel like I should put it in here. We have been giving a message to all the members to the ward about Hope and how it is so important. All I want to say about our message is Jeffery R Holland's quote in the talk he gave in April. He said "We did not come this far only to come this far." I know that's true so I hope all of you push through to the end, we have come so far in this last year, don't quit now. Love you all, truly.     E. Welder
