Gracie And Hope

Hey everyone, I hope everyone's week went well. I'm sorry I didn't write an email last week, but I'm writing one now.

 

 

To start off, we baptized Gracie last Sunday and it was such a wonderful experience, you can tell she truly wanted it. The spirit in the room was unmatched even if it was a little cold.

 

 

Honestly other than that it wasn't a very eventful 2 weeks, but I want to share one more thing.

I'm not sure who needs to hear this but I feel like I should put it in here. We have been giving a message to all the members to the ward about Hope and how it is so important. All I want to say about our message is Jeffery R Holland's quote in the talk he gave in April. He said "We did not come this far only to come this far." I know that's true so I hope all of you push through to the end, we have come so far in this last year, don't quit now. Love you all, truly.

Funny How That Works

Well, remember last email when I said I got 10 Kickstarts and was super excited, well, at zone conference we were invited to ask the big man on campus (God) for one spiritual prompting for the day, and I'm sure you can guess what mine was. Yep. I gave away all my Kickstarts, funny how the Lord works, pretty sure they were on sale for that reason.     Anyway with that being said, this week was a doozie so let's hop right into it, starting out like I said we had zone conference it was super good lots of good insights but what's the most important is that I found out that President thinks I'm funny so that's a win, I made a sweet video for my zone and I threw in some comedy and he loved it.      I forgot to mention last time we had transfers and we got 2 new elders and one of them went to Olympus, Elder Ethan Stanger, if any of know him, he graduated this year, he's a really solid guy and we have a lot of the same music tastes so its been fun to get to know him....
